I really relate to what you wrote. I have an undiagnosed autoimmune disease and am also mentally disabled.
There were many years that I couldn’t shower because of my PTSD, I would rarely shower snd I had to have my Mom with me.
I’m really inspired by this candid and important post.
As for your question, I am proud of myself for cleaning my room. 🙏🏽
